AWARDS | Zhonglu Public Housing Wins Gold at 2025 FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards

We are proud to announce that Taoyuan Zhonglu Public Housing has been awarded the Gold Winner in the Affordable Housing category at the 2025 FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards—the highest honor in its class. It is the only public housing project from Taiwan to be selected and awarded this year.
Dubbed the “Oscars of the real estate industry,” the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards recognize outstanding real estate projects worldwide. The 2025 award ceremony was held on June 12 in Lagos, Nigeria. Judging criteria span across multiple dimensions, including social impact, operational efficiency, innovation, environmental sustainability, and quality of living.
