CONSTRUCTION | SAMPO Orange Youth Anping Branch Groundbreaking

The SAMPO Orange Youth Anping Branch officially broke ground on the 11th in Anping District, Tainan. Located near the historic Anping Fort, the 3,370-ping (approx. 11,140 m²) site will house a 10-story, two-basement senior living complex with 312 rental units.
Developed under a rental-only model, the project will integrate AI technology, smart security, and care systems to foster a safe, connected, and age-friendly community.
In collaboration with AAR⁺ Asai Ken Architectural Research Institute (Japan), the project is scheduled for completion in 2029.
