The topping out ceremony on May 10th marks a major construction milestone for the Zhonglu Public Housing construction on Taoyuan. The ceremony will be marked by speeches by the Mayor and BaF founder, ChingHwa Chang. The construction is on time and is slated to start welcoming 417 guests in 2022.
