- Reports directly to a Partner; leads client & consultant coordination
- Mentors junior staff on the manager path
Qualities and skills required
- 8+ years of professional experience
- Proven full-scope delivery experience in high-profile commercial and/or hospitality
- Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written)
- Licensed Architect preferred, not required
- Revit user preferred
- Strong sustainability knowledge and performance-minded decision-making
- Research-oriented; innovative approaches to environmental challenges
- Comfortable communicating and collaborating in an international project environment
