The site of the Recycling Center and Garage for Taipei Environment Protection Department is located on the riverside of Keelung River. The building is part of the project of Keelung River remediation. The main concept was to transform the industrial area into a park. In order to create a communal landscape, the boulevard with greenery shades and the park at the end was integrated.
