榮獲2024年 英國世界建築新聞獎（World Architecture News Awards，簡稱 WAN Awards） 亞太區-住宅類首獎。

WAN的評審對於台糖循環住宅的評論：

"The architecture possesses an other-worldly pristineness. It is an extraordinary project," Shaohua Di, WAN Awards APAC judge.

The WAN Awards APAC judges described TCV as "a beautiful scheme" and "a truly inspirational project which delivers strongly on its environmental and social claims to embody and facilitate a local circular economy".

"The surrounding buildings have an appearance which is somehow reminiscent of European forms, but which sit very well in their environment. The light filigree of their layered facades prevents any negative impacts of the buildings’ scale creating an intimacy which is unusual in a project of this size."
