Since joining BaF in 2008, Hsin-Yi has led and contributed to a diverse portfolio of projects, including cultural and recreational facilities, public architecture, industrial and research developments, educational buildings, and large-scale office campuses. Recognized for her leadership and interdisciplinary approach, she became a Partner in 2023.

In addition to her architectural practice, Hsin-Yi serves as Chairperson of BaF Foundation for Architecture, Culture & Art, where she actively promotes dialogue between architecture, industry, and society, advancing the cultural and social impact of the built environment.
