Cing-Huang joined BaF after several years of professional practice in New York and later gained extensive experience in large-scale real estate development and project management. He returned to BaF in 2016 as Executive Director of the Design Center and became a Partner in 2019.

Combining expertise in design, sustainability, innovation, and business development, he leads complex projects that integrate architectural quality with environmental performance. His work focuses on advancing energy-efficient design, innovative building technologies, and circular economy strategies to create lasting value for clients, communities, and the built environment.
