Designed and developed collaboratively by Bio-architecture Formosana and Kindom Development Co., Ltd., the KINDOM Taichung Chongde Road Residence Project was recognized with an “Excellence” Award in the Major Projects Category at the 2026 Taichung City Government Golden Safety Engineering 2.0 Outstanding Construction Awards.
