Awards | Luzhou District Public Housing Wins FIABCI-Taiwan Real Estate Excellence Awards

Recently announced, the FIABCI-Taiwan Real Estate Excellence Awards recognized Luzhou District Public Housing, designed by BaF, with the Gold Award in the Best Social Housing Category.
The project provides 456 residential units and a public parking facility, integrating public childcare services, a public kindergarten, long-term care facilities, a day-care center for people with disabilities, and a community activity center. The development is also integrated with a park, while its façade design reflects the local natural resources and cultural characteristics.
Incorporating principles of green building, smart building, building energy efficiency, and universal design, the project aims to create a high-quality living environment that promotes ecological sustainability, net-zero goals, and shared spaces for people of all ages.
